Indhira is responsible for the data strategy response to the business five-year plan, building data foundations, analytical capabilities, data products and data platforms across the organisation. Indhira established a data academy, built a team of 30 data professionals, installed a data fabric approach and is a champion for diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives.
