As Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, I am responsible for driving the implementation of industry-leading technology across the organization, ensuring we continue to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative products that meet our customers’ evolving needs.
Before joining Discover, I served as EVP and Group CIO at Wells Fargo, where I led technology for the payments, virtual solutions, innovation, and community banking business units, as well as enterprise functions. During my time there, I spearheaded the development of a next-generation digital banking platform and expanded agile practices to boost technology productivity and impact.
Prior to that, I spent nearly 13 years at JP Morgan Chase, ultimately serving as CIO for Consumer Banking, Business Banking, and Auto Finance. Throughout my career, I have remained focused on driving transformation through a product-centric, agile approach building modern, scalable platforms that enhance customer experience and support strategic growth.
