Young has over 20 years of experience leading data and analytics efforts from idea through execution to impact. As chief data officer, Young oversees the architecture, development and maintenance of the data capabilities for AIG.
His previous roles have included management consulting at EY, director of business intelligence at Allstate and senior vice president, information management and analytics at Travelers.
