John has been instrumental in getting 65,000 employees engaged with data literacy and company-wide benefits with data use, seeing a 52% increase in data maturity and more than 28,000 colleagues embarking on a data literacy journey. John’s holistic approach ensures business involvement in the journey, with localised communication, engagement, and learning plans. His expertise covers various data specialisms, including data management, visualisation, storytelling, and data science.

Outside of the business, John is an active data community member, sharing his passion and enthusiasm with Women In Data, Data@LBG, and Women Excel. He also encourages school leavers to pursue data literacy, sharing knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to inspire future leaders.
