John Gim, Global Chief Marketing Sciences Officer, Rapp, and Head of Data Science, OPMG

What has been your path to power? 

Since January 2022, Gim has been head of data science at OPMG ((Omnicom Precision Marketing Group). The group aligns Omnicom’s global digital, data and CRM capabilities to deliver precisely targeted and meaningful customer experiences at scale. Using its universal framework of connected data, connected intelligence and connected experiences, OPMG provides services at scale.

Gim also leads marketing sciences for RAPP, a global creative agency, that puts the individual at the heart of everything, using data to find out what makes them tick and technology to talk to them one-to-one, but to one million at a time.  He joined the business seven years ago as director of data science, having worked as an analytics in agencies including Epsilon and TBWA/Chiat/Day.
