John Rogers is Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Cotality, where he leads the company’s data and analytics strategy to support business transformation and smarter decision-making. Over the course of his career, John has worked across the globe, contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives from Karachi to Kuala Lumpur and from Melbourne to Milan.
His experience spans a wide range of industries and challenges. John has helped transform a mortgage bank into a full retail banking operation, supported the rollout of clinical trial software for a global pharmaceutical company, and even taken delivery of new Boeing 777 aircraft in Seattle.
Across these varied roles, John has focused on how data, technology, and deep industry expertise can work together to deliver meaningful change. He believes the most effective solutions combine strong technical capability with domain knowledge to create systems that make core business processes smarter, faster, and more people centric.
