I have been a practitioner of data, analytics and AI and generative AI for the last 25 years, with the last 20 years in banking in the US. I am responsible for increasing the use of data, advanced analytic techniques, and AI to drive effective decision making at Citizens. I aim to drive a culture of continuous learning and analytic problem solving within the analytic community within Citizens and, ultimately, extending to all colleagues at Citizens.
Prior to Citizens, I lead analytics and AI in an enterprise role at Wells Fargo and was responsible for launching the machine learning practice at the bank. A lot of my initial years in banking and in analytics were spent at Capital One, performing a host of different analytic roles across marketing, credit, digital analytics, and product pricing.
