My role leads the digital and AI innovation, digital products and services, data and AI strategy and execution. I am also an adjunct professor at the Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University and Rutgers Business School, focused on executive education in digital strategy, data and analytics strategy. Additionally, I serve on the board of advisors for multiple data and AI startups.
Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, I served as the Chief Data and Analytics officer and Head of AI at Zoetis. I led analytics and data science, enterprise AI and gen AI programs, data strategy and data platforms, and digital upskilling. I was also part of the company’s enterprise risk management leadership and chaired its AI governance council.
Before Zoetis, I was the Chief Data Officer and Head of Digital Strategy at Bristol Myers Squibb. Before BMS, I spent over 15 years in management consulting across organizations such as PwC, IBM, Accenture, and TCS.
