Describe your career to date

I am Chief Data Officer for Haleon, the leading everyday Consumer Health company. Leading the charge on artificial intelligence (AI), generative AI (genAI), and how to do responsible AI with high impact. 
 
Prior to this, I was CDO for sports unicorn, OneFootball. Here, I built the entire data, analytics and AI infrastructure – from customer data, first-party and zero-party data, omnichannel customer engagement, content tagging, recommendations, and visualisation – to building the team, creating the right data governance, data quality, culture, and implementation across the online content marketplace and Web3. 
 
My expertise is in delivering high impacts with AI, machine learning, data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence and data governance. I am a regular keynote speaker across international events, evangelising complex data topics for lay audiences. 
 
As a business leader, I am a goal-focused data-driven business and strategy professional. I thrive on using data, AI, and technology to strategically create wins that lead to long term success. I like being able to create new opportunities by understanding the needs of the business using data, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit to address. 
 
Finally, I have founded and built several startups, helped raise over $85 million in funding, driven two M&A transactions, and I am a published author.
