I joined BT five years ago and I am leading the Data and AI team. I started in BT Global and then took the wider role when Global and Enterprise merged in one business unit. I defined and executed the data and AI strategy for BT Business.
Before BT, I led the Data and AI team at Three UK, where I used data and AI to build a relevant digital experience for consumer customers, and built data and AI products to help enterprise customers in their business. Prior to this, I covered leadership roles in consulting and in Vodafone, both in data and AI in international and national transformation programmes to unify the internal operations and create an omni-channel experience for the consumer customer base.
