As Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer, I lead the strategic effort to reimagine the Intelligence Community’s data landscape for the digital era, shaping how we harness, share, and protect data to advance national security.
With over 20 years of experience across the Intelligence Community, I have built and led diverse teams focused on digital transformation, AI and ML, and data strategy across both public service and private industry. My passion lies in solving complex challenges at the intersection of technology, data, and mission, while championing inclusive, impact-driven change.
Before this role, I served as Deputy Chief Data Officer at the CIA, where I helped integrate data management across directorates and mission centers. I drove strategic alignment with Intelligence Community partners and foreign allies to accelerate secure data sharing and embed data expertise directly into mission workflows.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at the CIA’s Directorate of Digital Innovation and served as Chief Operating Officer at the National Counterterrorism Center. At ODNI, I led the Mission Capabilities Group and served as Chief of Staff for NCTC’s Directorate of Intelligence. I also spent time in private industry with Booz Allen Hamilton, supporting agencies including the NRO, FBI, and DHS.
I hold an MS in Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a BS in Business Administration from Western Carolina University.
