Maddie Amos is Head of Data Governance at The Crown Estate and a member of its data leadership team, where she helps shape strategy, governance and engagement across a historic yet evolving organisation. With more than 20 years’ experience spanning data strategy, analytics, governance, privacy, commercial management, and people leadership, Maddie brings a broad, integrated perspective to data transformation. Her work has supported the progression of a legacy estate into a more data-centric organisation, ensuring that data is not only well governed but actively used to inform investment, stewardship and long-term value creation.
