My career spans leadership roles at Fortune 500 organizations including Hertz, MGM, Oracle, Myspace, Deloitte, and Nortel, where I delivered innovative data strategies and transformative technology solutions. At Hertz, also as the first global data executive, I pioneered an ML-driven recommendation engine, significantly increasing revenue, and launched a multi-domain Master Data Management system, enhancing customer insights. At Myspace, I led a petabyte-scale data warehouse implementation, one of the largest globally, processing 7 billion records daily. My tenure at MGM included establishing an innovation lab and deploying AI-driven robotics, substantially improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
