Since 2024, I have served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Chevron. I have led the Responsible Artificial Intelligence program and am an advisor to Chevron’s Enterprise Artificial Intelligence team. Previously, I focused on growing data science competency ten-fold at Chevron and managed the data science strategic research portfolio.
Throughout my 35+ year career at Chevron, I applied my proficiency, professional focus, and advanced analytics capabilities to address many business challenges across Chevron’s value chain and driven significant value. In acknowledgment of this on-going work, I was appointed a Chevron Fellow in 2013, the highest recognition of technical contributions at Chevron. The Fellows have mentored over a thousand employees pursuing technical careers.
Since 2011, I have represented Chevron on the INFORMS Roundtable, a group of 40+ companies that practice operations research, AI, data science, and related disciplines, and served on the Roundtable Board.
I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, especially in technical careers. I am a member of Women Leaders in Data and AI and Society of Women Engineers.
