Describe your career to date

 

I am accountable for guiding executive teams on programmes, where data, technology, and culture are key change drivers to improve the business gap to potential. In my role, I am responsible for multimillion business and operations data management investments. I have over 26 years of business leadership experience in energy business, operations, IT and multibillion acquisitions and divestments. I have worked in multinational environments, having lived and held senior executive positions on four continents. During my career, I built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative strategic thinking, integrity, and commitment to developing high performing cross-business talented teams. 

How are you developing the data literacy of your organisation, including the skills of your data teams and of your business stakeholders?  

 

The data capability model is influenced by the varied and unique needs of each of our businesses, functions, teams, and employees. The model consists of different focus and learning areas, such as business and operating models, digital technologies, and data and platforms. 

 

How are you preparing your organisation for AI adoption and change management? 

 

We work with subject matter experts to define business objectives and value case, articulating generative AI-related goals and bottom-line impact.
