I have had a varied career path, from the youngest ever Financial Controller in the NHS through to roles as Finance Director, Master Black Belt and, latterly, Programme Director, leading to setting up one of the first Business Competence Centres in AXA. I initially worked in Personal Lines Insurance but took the opportunity to move over into Lloyds Commercial and Speciality in the last nine years.
