Michelle Boston is Chief Information Officer at Bank of America, where she leads technology strategy and execution to support the bank’s global operations and business lines. Based in Dallas, she brings more than a decade of leadership experience within the organization, with a strong focus on data, architecture, and enterprise technology.
Prior to being appointed CIO in 2024, Michelle served in senior leadership roles within Bank of America’s Global Technology organization, including as Data Management Technology and Enterprise Architecture Executive. In these roles, Michelle was responsible for defining enterprise data architecture strategy and delivering data management solutions across the bank’s eight lines of business.
Michelle led initiatives to strengthen data governance, privacy, and protection capabilities, ensuring systems aligned with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations. She also played a key role in driving the adoption of best practices in data architecture, helping to modernize the bank’s technology landscape and improve how data is managed and used across the organization.
Her leadership has focused on building scalable, secure, and compliant technology foundations that support both operational efficiency and innovation.
