As Chief Data Officer at CVS, I lead the strategy, governance, and engineering for data and AI platforms across the enterprise. I am proud to lead a talented team of over 2,200 machine learning, data, and software engineers who are building modern, cloud-based data and AI and ML platforms to power one of America’s largest healthcare companies.
Our team is responsible for designing and delivering the infrastructure behind CVS’s analytical, marketing, AI, and genAI applications. We are focused on building engineering tools, services, and governance frameworks that democratize access to data and AI across our business units, enabling innovation at scale. This includes leadership of our LLM and genAI environment, ensuring that we build responsibly and with impact.

Before CVS, I spent more than two decades at Capital One, where I held several transformational roles, including leading data and AI engineering, serving as CIO of the Commercial Bank, and being a founding member of the digital team that spearheaded the firm’s agile and tech transformation, culminating in the launch of its first super app.
