I am proud to serve as the Chief Data Officer for Brown & Brown Insurance. In this role, I partner with business leaders, analytics leaders, data scientists, data analysts, data engineers and technology teammates across our business segments – retail, arrowhead programs and bridge specialty group – and the enterprise team to create a data-driven and innovation-focused culture that effectively uses data in decision-making and product development.
I bring over 30 years of professional experience in technology and data roles across a variety of industries, including textile manufacturing, PC manufacturing, aerospace, consulting, retirement services, banking and insurance. I am passionate about partnering and collaborating with others to provide solutions that address real business problems/opportunities in a meaningful and scalable way.
