I have developed my career as a transformative leader in data strategy and digital innovation, leveraging over 15 years of experience across diverse industries before specialising in financial services. I started as a consultant at Accenture, where I honed my skills in information architecture, business intelligence, and data governance, leading large-scale projects, including designing enterprise data models and managing complex data migrations.  

At Deutsche Bank, I have spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives that positioned data as a critical business asset. Notable accomplishments include the development of a metadata platform creating the concept of metadata as a service, enabling streamlined data governance, and introducing metadata frameworks that unlocked compliance and operational efficiencies.   

I pride myself on combining broad leadership capabilities with a passion for innovation. My aim is to leverage data to fuel digital transformations, drive operational efficiencies, and empower organisations to unlock potential in an evolving landscape.
