I spent the first half of my career as a management consultant, partnering with diverse organizations to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable results. These experiences gave me expertise in strategy development, operational improvements, and organizational transformation across industries. Another element of the many projects I was part of was exposure to how technology could be leveraged to enable business capabilities. This fostered a keen interest in technology solution delivery and inspired me to focus on developing various technical competencies.
In the second half of my career, I transitioned to a corporate role at LyondellBasell, where I sought to stay close to technology, gain deeper ownership, and drive long-term impact. During this time, I built a progressive career in technology leadership where I managed various enterprise platforms and technologies, led digital transformation initiatives, and (in my current role) built our global data and analytics capabilities. In this role, I have developed and executed our enterprise-wide data strategy, driven the modernization of our data architecture, and continued to champion our data literacy program that has upskilled over 2,000 people. My journey reflects a blend of consulting adaptability and deep organizational impact, driving innovation and operation excellence at scale.
