Nazia Pillay is the Managing Director of SAP Southern Africa, bringing more than two decades of experience in technology, transformation, and leadership to the role. Her focus is on unlocking value through cloud, AI, and digital transformation while fostering a people-first culture that empowers teams and drives innovation.
Nazia joined SAP Southern Africa in 2003 as a graduate senior consultant and has since held several strategic roles, including Head of SAP Active Quality Management, Head of the SAP Customer Success Office Africa, and most recently, Head of the Partner Ecosystem for the Middle East and Africa South.
Recognised for her deep industry expertise and commitment to inclusive leadership, Nazia is passionate about positioning SAP as a catalyst for youth empowerment, sustainable innovation, and digital transformation across the continent. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Management from Rhodes University.
