Early on, I saw the importance of data not just at Goldman Sachs, but in financial services more broadly, and have since spent my entire career working on data at the firm. I started out as a software engineer, working on core systems. Then, I moved to the front office, where I built and improved pricing systems and managed risk. This gave me a strong background in financial tech and risk management. Later, I led R&D, driving innovative projects and solutions.
My role evolved further when I became the go-to person for data issues at Goldman Sachs. I took charge of fixing and optimizing data processes, ensuring data integrity, and using advanced analytics and AI to boost business outcomes. This varied experience has given me a mix of technical skills and strategic insight, helping me contribute significantly to the fast-changing data and AI landscape.
I am responsible for leading the firm’s data team with a focus on platform engineering, content curation, and governance.
