I am one of the lucky few that have had a long career in data and AI and have been able to build upon the learnings at each step. My guiding principle throughout has been to focus on clear, impactful outcomes for the business I am in, which means while I speak data, I listen as a human.
In my current role, I have been the driving force behind boosting AI and data-driven strategies for businesses in our portfolio. The last couple of years have been packed with setting up a super collaborative data and AI squad that truly delivers results, and we have our first cross-business AI product that sits on a data and AI platform.
In previous positions, I spearheaded a data transformation that unlocked millions in benefits financially. I built key partnerships to create scalable data ecosystems, using AI to guide investment decisions and take customer experiences in the telecommunications sector to the next level. I led global data and AI strategies, promoting data management and data culture and focusing on the use of data for operational performance.
