I have worked to unify the team and various operating companies under a single strategy, and I also launched AI-driven customer service, predictive analytics, and cloud transformations. Prior to Vodafone, I spearheaded Apple’s business intelligence across EMEA and India, boosting sales by more than $10 billion and reducing operational costs by 10%. During my tenure at Cisco, I led cash management and treasury transformation.
