I have had the privilege of a fascinating professional journey over the last two decades, spanning diverse sectors such as financial services, travel, retail, gaming, and automotive. Shaped through strategic pivots, I see my journey in three phases. The first was commercial leadership, where I learned the importance of deeply understanding customer needs and consistently delivering tangible value.
The second phase centred on data-led delivery, where I prioritised last mile activation and embedding analytics into operations. The greatest value often lies in the last 10% of the value chain, so I made a concerted effort to start with the end in mind, prioritising adoption and avoiding building assets without follow-through.
The third and current phase is data-led transformation, where leadership and change management take center stage. I aim to leverage this fortunate position, pairing it with a commercial lens to prioritise customer outcomes for lasting change.
