Pankaj Chopra, Vice President and Head, Analytics and Insights, Mondelez International

In prior roles, I worked at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, spanning nine countries across Asia, Europe, and USA. I grew as a data, analytics, and AI leader by progressively taking up challenging responsibilities and continuing education at UCLA, UC Berkely and MIT. As a seasoned Analytics leader, I specialize in driving analytics transformations, developing AI use cases, and helping build products that have a tangible business impact. My expertise includes crafting robust data strategies, implementing intelligent automation with embedded AI, leveraging generative AI to develop creative content and communication and leading product development for business application. I also lead an AI incubation lab that enables experimentation and development.    

Beyond technical achievements, I am deeply committed to driving organizational and cultural transformations by charting comprehensive roadmaps, securing strategic investments, nurturing talent, and leading change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of transformative technologies and processes. I am also part-time faculty at Rutgers Business School, where I teach Artificial Intelligence to the MBA class and sit on several advisory boards.
