With data and AI at the heart of the business strategy, my role in putting value front and centre in what we do is a critical part of ensuring the data teams across the UK are leading in helping the business and customers succeed. I have been lucky to work with very talented and committed people, with whom I have been able to build and deliver innovations focused on business and customers.  

During my time at NatWest, I ran the data transformation programme, launching the NatWest Data Academy, and delivering a number of category-leading data capabilities. Then in insurance, Hastings gave me a different environment to operate in where I led a data transformation, significantly upgrading the organisation’s capabilities and value opportunity.  

I am committed to leading and nurturing a transformation in data skills, launching academies to drive data literacy across the organisation. I am a proud industry contributor, having been part of the Open Banking strategy group and supporting DEI groups across the industry.
