Raymond Boyle, Vice President, Data, Analytics, AI and Strategic Insights, Hyatt

I have had a fantastic career, and I have been lucky enough to work with amazing people at outstanding companies with opportunities across industries with consulting, software, analytics, and chief data and analytics contexts.

I received my MBA from Notre Dame and joined Andersen Consulting [now Accenture] in Chicago. I spent ten years at Andersen and was fortunate enough to move through the organization in various consulting, technical, and commercial roles, eventually leading the Central Region’s Customer Relationship Management practice.

I left Andersen in 2001, and my journey has taken me to a series of data organizations and challenges. Notable roles have included leading strategic planning, research, and analytics for Walmart’s Sam’s Club Division; Vice President, Walmart Global Customer Insights and Analytics; Vice President, Walmart Global Data and Analytics Platform; Vice President leading FICO’s global retail and CPG practice; and Executive Vice President leading IRI’s global shopper analytics and services team.

I left Walmart in 2019 to lead Hyatt’s data, analytics, AI and insight organization. My ambition is to advance care for our guests, customers, owners, and colleagues through data-driven decisions and automation.
