I am a pioneering force at the intersection of technology, education, and human advancement. As the Founder and CEO of the Human Machine Collaboration Institute (HMCI), I am shaping the future of knowledge work by leading cutting-edge research and training that empowers people to thrive alongside intelligent systems. I am the visionary behind Women in Data, a global nonprofit with a presence in 55 countries and a community of over 70,000 members. Under my leadership, the organization has become the leading voice for women in AI and tech, earning global recognition as a Top 50 Non-Profit.
With an academic foundation in piano performance, psychology, and data science, I bring a blend of creativity and analytical thinking to my work. My career has spanned neuroscience research, leadership roles in enterprise AI strategy at VSP and Accenture, and major contributions to the national AI landscape. I have been honored as one of DataIQ’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Data (2024).
My commitment to inclusive and future-forward education has led me to teach over 700,000 learners through UC Davis, Coursera, and LinkedIn Learning. I also serve on the White House Council for Data and AI Training and contribute to the OpenAI Research Community, ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of AI technologies.
