As the Chief Digital Officer, I manage the IT, Change, Product and Data Functions. My career has included a broad range of data and technology roles across organisations and sectors. I have a degree in Operational Research and Statistics and have worked to develop predictive models for marketing, underwriting, and other functions.
I enjoyed the coding and technical challenges that came with the modelling, but I was keen to find roles that broadened my experience of data and allowed me to take a more strategic approach. As a result, I moved away from predictive analytics and spent several years as a consultant for not-for-profit organisations, where I encountered a wider range of use cases, before moving back to financial services to lead the development of data-led digital products and services.
I passionately believe that data and AI can enable individuals, organisations, and society to make better decisions, build better digital products and services, and become more productive.
