My career has been a progression of data, analytics, and AI leadership roles across consulting and industry. I started in consulting roles 14 years ago, helping shape business outcomes through data and statistical modelling. This grew into leadership roles engaging senior leaders across pharma, life sciences, retail, consumer goods, technology, banking, and insurance, maximising the value of data, and delivering on business outcomes effectively by building internal and partner teams.  

I joined Bayer to develop global data, analytics, and AI capabilities within the commercial organisation. This includes showcasing the ROI of our activities to steering business prioritisation decisions and developing AI solutions to maximise value for our stakeholders and patients.
