Sri Kanisapakkam is Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Nationwide Building Society, a role he has held since June 2023. He brings more than 25 years of experience across financial services, with a strong track record of using data and digital capabilities to improve customer experience and drive customer-centric transformation.
Prior to joining Nationwide, Sri was Head of Analytics and Platforms at TSB Bank, where he led enterprise analytics and data platforms to support business transformation and decision-making. Before TSB, he spent many years at Barclays in senior technology leadership roles, acting as a lead technology partner across critical data and regulatory domains including data warehousing, imaging, statements, AML and KYC. Earlier in his career, he held delivery and systems roles at Citibank, Polaris Software Lab, and The KCP Limited, building deep foundations in data engineering and enterprise systems.
Across his career, Sri has combined strong technical depth with a clear focus on outcomes, championing data-driven applications that deliver tangible benefits for customers and the business.
