I am a global data and analytics executive with nearly 20 years of experience across six countries, with a strong grounding in strategy, finance, and general management. The common thread has always been the same: to drive maximum value through rigorous analytics while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to execute. My current role in driving enterprise digital transformation allows me to leverage my broad experience, while also building best-in-class teams and developing future leaders in analytics.
I started my career in diplomacy as an intern at the US Mission to NATO. I loved working with global interlocuters (and being born in Moscow to an American father and a Russian mother during the peak of the Cold War, it was truly monumental to sit at the roundtable at NATO and officially represent the US just a few decades later). Deciding I wanted more freedom to operate, I changed focus to the corporate world and worked at large enterprises like JPMorgan and Boston Consulting Group, as well as small boutiques.
What truly gives me passion is seeing my recommendations impacting the decision-makers’ strategies. By examining the art of the possible and advising actionable solutions, I have been able to transform entire businesses and drive hundreds of millions in bottom line improvement.
I received my MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, MA from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and my BA from Northwestern University (after which I was a Fulbright Scholar at The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich).
