I am the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Analytics & Insights Officer at Domino’s, where I lead a world-class team of 80 data and research scientists for the largest pizza company on the planet. My role spans driving strategy, building capabilities, and delivering business impact through insights and analytics. A recent highlight was leading the consumer-driven framework behind our ‘Hungry for MORE’ strategy, launched in December 2023. This strategy contributed to 5% sales growth within a year, which was more than double the category growth.
I was recognized by DataIQ’s 100 Most Influential People in Data in 2024 and I am proud that our team earned Bronze at the 2024 GenAI World Cup, competing among 1,500 data scientists. I serve as co-executive sponsor for WiSDOM (Women in STEM at Domino’s) and report directly to the President and COO.
Prior to Domino’s, I was Global Head of Strategic Insights & Analytics at Mondelēz, leading a 200-plus strong community across iconic brands like Cadbury, Oreo and belVita. Before that, I spent 15 years at PepsiCo, where I rose to VP of Portfolio Strategy and Consumer Insights, driving transformation across brands including Pepsi, Mountain Dew, and Starbucks. I built teams, launched insights communities, and helped reverse portfolio declines through consumer-led innovation.
