As part of a Digital Transformation Initiative, I lead the global Data Solutions practice, overseeing multiple dynamic groups, including the Customer Data Platform (CDP), MarTech, AdTech, enterprise data hub, data engineers, analytics, and data science. I successfully built an in-house CDP for B2C on Google Cloud Platform, enabling the unification of all customer data to identify high-value customer segments and deliver personalized experiences across marketing channels.
My focus lies in driving innovation through data to enhance customer engagement and accelerate business growth. I thrive on blowing up silos and creating new ways of doing business. I put digital arms and legs to my ideas and make it run. Digital analytics is an exciting field and the challenge is to be able to demonstrate that you stay on top of the game in not only delivering results but keeping up with the developments for testing new ideas.
Striving to be solution oriented when your ideas sometimes do not seem to have the expected impact is tough, but being an enthusiastic learner helps you through these situations and I believe that is what execution is about. Making execution happen motivates me the most.
