Thomas H Davenport, Distinguished Professor, Research Fellow, Babson College, MIT

I have worked in several consulting firms (McKinsey, EY, Accenture) and business schools (Harvard, Texas, Dartmouth, UVA Darden, and currently Babson). In all of them I have researched, written and spoken about, and consulted on how data and technology are changing organizations and people.

For the past decade I have focused on AI and have written seven books and many articles on that topic. Before that my focus was on big data, analytics, knowledge management, ERP, and business process reengineering. Over the course of my career, I have written or edited twenty books and over 250 print or digital articles for Harvard Business Review (HBR), Sloan Management Review, the Financial Times, and many others.

I earned my PhD from Harvard University and have taught at the Harvard Business School, the University of Chicago, the Tuck School of Business, Boston University, and the University of Texas, Austin.
