I started in consulting, where I learned to approach challenges from different angles and work across industries. This taught me to connect business goals, technology, and people, which has shaped how I lead transformation projects.
At NHS Digital, I helped develop systems to improve how health data is used for emergency care and medical research. At Gallagher, I led a global effort to transform how data is used, improving decision-making and customer experiences across 89 countries.
My non-executive and advisory roles have broadened my perspective, allowing me to guide organisations in areas like governance, strategy, and ethical challenges, particularly in healthcare and technology. As someone who is disabled and neurodiverse, I am deeply committed to inclusion. I mentor future leaders, advocate for diversity, and work with policymakers at Westminster to push for more accessible and equitable workplaces that work better for everyone.
