Tom has been building exciting data products and leading teams for over 12 years across a variety of domains and industries. He has since built a wide range of data science tools leading mixtures of data science, engineering and MLOps functions.
Tom’s focus has been on building high-performing teams with a mixture of old-school modelling and modern software engineering expertise to get the best of both worlds. More recently, Tom has taken ownership of all-things data, building a new team and platform with a blend of analytical and operational use-cases.
