Tom Spencer, Director of Customer Data Sciences, Aviva

My background is in Retail, with fourteen years at dunnhumby. Starting out as a hands-on data analyst, I progressed to leadership roles as Head of Analytics for Asia markets and Country Head of the South Korea business.  

I joined Aviva in 2016 and built a multi-award-winning team, spanning analytics, data science, engineering, and data product. We leverage unparalleled data to understand customers and be more relevant so that we create better customer outcomes. The scale and scope of my role has grown massively with the huge opportunities to drive value from data, analytics and AI.
