Tony Era is Head of Data Change and Transformation (EU) at Admiral Group, where he leads programmes designed to embed stronger data practices and modern delivery models across the organisation’s European operations. His role centres on aligning data initiatives with business priorities, ensuring that transformation is both strategically coherent and operationally sustainable.
Since joining Admiral in 2020, Tony has progressed through senior roles spanning finance change and data product ownership, giving him broad experience across commercial, technical, and delivery domains. As Senior Data Product Owner, he helped shape and deliver data solutions that strengthened governance and improved decision-making, laying the foundations for wider transformation.
Tony is an active contributor to the wider data community. He attended the 2025 DataIQ Guild event, as well as the World Congress and Awards ceremony, and regularly participates in DataIQ accelerators, engaging with peers to exchange perspectives and examine industry thinking.
