As AI agents begin to access enterprise knowledge and take actions across systems, organisations need governance that is proportionate to the new risks without duplicating controls that already exist. This Accelerator will explore where AI-specific governance is genuinely required, how access, permissions and oversight should develop as agent autonomy increases, and how responsibilities should be divided between central platforms and business units.
