Join us for this discussion where we have invited Jordan Wignall, Cici Whitcomb and Owen Smith who will share their tips and strategies for shaping your career path.
Jordan Wignall is the Head of Data at Love Energy Savings and was named to the 2025 DataIQ Future Leader List, recognizing their leadership potential in the data field. With previous experience as a BI Developer, Jordan excels in data strategy, analytics, and driving data-driven decisions.
Cici Whitcomb is a Power Analyst at Shell, working in their Power Trading area. Prior to this, she was a Data Engineer at EDF, where she made a significant impact and was recognised as a DataIQ New Talent Award winner. Cici was also named to the 2025 DataIQ Future Leaders list and spoke at the DataIQ Summit 2024. She began her career on EDF’s graduate scheme, excelling in data engineering and technology.
Owen Smith is the former Digital Culture and Team Development Lead at Brambles, bringing a diverse background that spans from learning development to talent management. Over the course of his career, Owen has cultivated a valuable skill set that continues to drive impactful change across the organisation.
