Roundtable – How to start and embed your Data Academy
Data culture: How to start and embed your data academy
Staying competitive means embracing digital transformation and upskilling your workforce. Many organisations have or are about to initiate Data or Digital Academies as part of a broader enterprise-wide transformation strategy. For many, this is about democratising data, fostering a digital culture, and upskilling the workforce.
Starting this journey requires being clear on objectives, ensuring the right executive sponsorship, selecting the right platform and learning and development partners – if you’re not planning on developing all the content in house. Working out how and where to start the programme and ensuring success metrics are clear are all part of the journey.
This roundtable will discuss practical ways to begin your journey. For those who have recently started their data academies there will be inevitable roadblocks along the way and this roundtable provides an opportunity to share solutions with peers.
