To successfully manage a transition such as a Data Literacy programme, leaders need to guide employees through it to ensure there is engagement. Programme “burn out” is not uncommon especially if the desired change into a data driven organisation isn’t happening at the pace expected. What happens if the training hasn’t gone as planned and how best should owners of such programmes attempt to keep their colleagues on board?
