Roundtables are 60-minutes, facilitated online discussions with maximum of 10 data leaders focused on the most pressing issues. They provide a trusted space to share experiences, test ideas, and learn from peers, with each session shaped around a topical theme.

• How are organisations beginning to incorporate AI into existing data competency models, and what is driving the need for change?
• Are leaders developing new AI competency frameworks from scratch, or extending established data and analytics frameworks -and why?
• What early wins, pilots, or initiatives have proven most effective in building AI-related capability across roles?
• What common barriers have emerged (skills clarity, governance, culture), and what would organisations do differently if starting again?
