Roundtable Rerun – Setting up and running a data lab
Setting up and running a data lab
Innovation and data labs are often seen as the key to unlocking new ideas and technologies. However, implementing one can be very challenging, particularly in siloed and risk-averse businesses, and so many of these labs fail, unless they have been developed for the purpose of genuine innovation and problem solving. But how do you go about fostering a safe environment to trial things, determine scalability, and enable that innovation?
Join us to discuss: what makes a successful data lab, how to gather ideas from across the organisation, and how these ideas can be truly shared across the enterprise.
