Inspiring Action Workshop

Find out how to motivate individuals to take action from your insights, ideas and recommendations by:

• Delivering inspiring debriefs and meetings.
• Facilitating thinking and conversations to generate specific and time-sensitive actions.
• Using coaching skills to help your stakeholders to act.

This 2-hour workshop will teach you how to plan for and deliver action-orientated meetings with stakeholders. It will help you understand the core characteristics of a great facilitator, how to manage productive conversations, and how to use different techniques to prime and nudge your stakeholder to take action.

Typical challenges this course will help you address include:

• How do I establish a purpose and prepare for each meeting?
• How do I balance different levels of power and interest amongst my audience against the need to push our ideas and content?
• How do I ensure that stakeholders take ownership and accountability of their actions?
• How can I inject interactivity into my meetings to encourage debate and engagement?
