In addition, the employee happiness platform provides benefits and rewards to ensure physical, mental and financial wellbeing. It provides access to a full suite of tailored support, advice and guidance to support their wellness, including a 24/7 counsellor and mental health support, an online GP and an online prescription service and many discounts.
The annual employee survey results from March 2023 were hugely positive. This year, the Crew’s overall satisfaction with working at Cynozure was over 92%, an increase of 6% since the survey was last conducted. When asked if Cynozure fosters a comfortable, supportive work environment, 96% said ‘yes’. 100% of the team said their work challenges them and aids in their development. Cynozure’s positive work environment is also reflected in its 0% employee turnover rate, 0% attrition on full (permanent) crew, and 100% retention rate.

Cynozure is working towards B-Corp certification to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency, as well as legally changing its articles of association to hold the team responsible for business decisions that impact people and the planet to the same level as profit. Additionally, the IMPACT programme was founded to allocate Cynozure’s tools, team member expertise and community impact to support not-for-profit organisations with hands-on assistance from data leaders to solve data problems – from shaping data strategy and solving data management problems, to building dashboards and data science products.
Data has been used by Cynozure to hold itself accountable for staff wellbeing and happiness and to identify career growth opportunities for each team member. At the latest survey, Cynozure reported 100% of the team said their work challenges them and aids in their development and 96% said they felt the business had a supportive and comfortable work environment.
