Under Vidrine’s visionary leadership, the Department of the Air Force witnessed unprecedented advancements in data maturity. Vidrine’s innovative strategies for the department managed data effectively, implemented analytics solutions, and employed ethical artificial intelligence while driving performance improvement across all missions and operations. Her tireless efforts to promote data literacy and build a culture of data-driven decision-making have left an incredible mark on the organization and has set a new standard for excellence in the industry.
Vidrine pioneered data governance boot camps, short courses, and access to industry-developed online courses via the Department of Air Force’s Digital University. In partnership with the DAF-MIT AI Accelerator and AFWERX (the innovation cell of the US Air Force), she sponsored a series of datathons to bring together data technicians with functional experts and collaboratively solved important mission challenges through the power of data.
